Buses from Santiago Airport with Bus Routes and Times
Multiple bus companies run routes into the city center and the surrounding areas from Santiago Airport, making the bus services there reliable and consistent.
The trip into town takes approximately half an hour to complete. Additionally, many of Galicia's most well-known tourist attractions are available through direct bus services.
To get to the city's heart from the airport, use the bus on line 6A (the fare is one euro).
Santiago Airport, downtown Santiago de Compostela, and the bus and train stations are all routinely connected by a city bus service.
Direct services to most cities and towns in Galicia, including A Corua, Ferrol, Lugo, Ourense, Pontevedra, and Vigo, are provided daily by private coach operators operating out of the station in Santiago de Compostela. These operators also offer long-distance and international services to the rest of Spain.
In addition, three regional services provide direct connections between the airport and the cities of A Corua and Lugo, as well as several stops along the French Way of the Camino de Santiago and the A Maria coastal area in the province of Lugo, which is home to the beach of As Catedrais.
You can purchase tickets from the driver directly, or you can do it in advance at the airport's customer care desk.
